A chance reunion with her old colleague Jost Striesow leads Hannah to call her ex-partner Lasse, with whom she had an affair in Kiel. But her call brings to light more than just an old love affair. Striesow has apparently been bribed by a powerful Kiel drug ring and has kidnapped a girl to prevent her testifying in a criminal trial. Together with Hauke, Lasse and his new partner, Hannah sets out to find the kidnapped girl. But good and evil are not as clearly divided as expected. And Hauke's jealousy of Lasse is not exactly conducive to the investigation. When the kidnapped girl seeks shelter with Jules' sick father, it becomes life-threatening for everyone involved ...
