During a transport, four prisoners manage to escape in Schwanitz. The prisoners reach the veterinary practice and take Jule Christiansen (Marleen Lohse) and her intern Lea (Carolin Granier) hostage. Hauke Jacobs (Hinnerk Schönemann) and Hannah Wagner (Jana Klinge) want to free the two and arrest the gangsters. A dramatic chase ensues all the way to the ferry to Scandinavia.
