Grit Hartmann harbors a well-kept secret. Before her time as Schwanitz's hairdresser, she worked for many years as a contract killer for the Hamburg underworld. At some point she had enough of the dirty business and went into hiding in Schwanitz. After ten years, her old client Tjark has now got wind of her whereabouts and wants the money back that Grit owes him but no longer has. She gets the chance to buy her freedom when she finds a valuable stamp in the toupee of a former postal worker who was murdered in Schwanitz. However, there are other people after the stamp who will walk over dead bodies. Schwanitz police officers Hauke Jacobs and Hannah Wagner once again have their hands full. And much to the chagrin of vet Jule, they unexpectedly become closer while investigating the case ...
